- 18350: Diameter 18 mm, length 35 mm – compact, perfect for portable devices.
- 18650: Diameter 18 mm, length 65 mm – a widely used standard in electronics.
- 21700: Diameter 21 mm, length 70 mm – higher capacity, suited for performance-driven applications.
- 26650: Diameter 26 mm, length 65 mm – robust, ideal for energy storage.
- 32700: Diameter 32 mm, length 70 mm – designed for high-energy projects.
- C40: A newer format, optimized for energy density and durability.
Wire Bonding Technology: Precision and Reliability
- Durability: Resistance to vibrations and temperature fluctuations.
- Thermal Efficiency: No external heat, preserving cell integrity.

- Ultrasonic wire bonding machine: Ensures precise and reliable connections.
- 100W laser for surface cleaning: Prior to bonding, cell surfaces are prepared with a 100W laser, effectively removing impurities for optimal adhesion.
12V Batteries with Integrated BMS
In addition to custom battery packs, we are developing 12V batteries with 6Ah and 20Ah capacities, featuring an integrated Battery Management System (BMS). These batteries are designed to replace traditional lead-acid batteries in specific applications, such as emergency lighting systems, portable equipment, or backup solutions.
