Quality is essential

Quality is essential to our success: it is an integral part and is based on all our processes. We manage our activities and associated resources as a series of processes planned to produce the right set, at the right time and with minimal losses.

Our processes are structured in a documented quality management system, which meets the requirements of EN 9001: 2015. Our management team ensures compliance with all statutory, regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements – and we provide an internal environment in which our people are on fully involved in achieving our quality goals.

EBS Electric Group always offers automatic optical inspection (AOI) of all production batches. The inspection is performed as standard on IPC-A-610 Class 2, and Class 3 is available on request.

Our success depends on our customers and we are committed to providing a high quality service. We struggle to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Behavior

The management team ensures compliance with all statutory, regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements. We offer an internal environment in which our people are fully involved in achieving our quality objectives.

Team commitment

We aim to recruit and retain highly motivated and competent people. The performance of the business is regularly communicated internally through notifications, newsletters and company meetings. People are our most important resource and we encourage full involvement to develop their skills for the good of the team and theirs as individuals.

Process approach

We manage activities and resources as a series of processes planned to produce the right set, at the right time and with maximum efficiency. Our processes are structured in a documented quality management system – called by us a quality manual – that meets the requirements of EN 9001: 2015.

Continuous improvement

We are committed to the continuous improvement of the products and services that we offer, while leading to the effectiveness of our business management system. We set clear quality goals and monitor our progress towards our goals. Using 8D for improvement and corrective actions is standard.

ISO 9001: 2015 is a globally recognized standard that helps companies develop a quality management system (QMS). The system supports our companies to:
  • Meets customers’ quality requirements.
  • Improve operational processes.
  • Reduces delivery times.
  • Ensures the production of high quality services and products.

Statement RoHS 3

All products supplied by EBS Electric Group comply with the restrictions on hazardous substances according to RoHS 3 no. 863-2015.

This statement certifies that EBS Electric Group products do not, to the best of its knowledge, contain substances exceeding the maximum concentration value, as outlined in the RoHS 3 directive issued by the European Union.

EU REACH Declaration 1907/2006

EBS Electric Group products (assemblies) are classified as articles that are not intended to release substances under normal or foreseeable conditions of use. However, we recognize that the REACH regulation requires us to communicate with our supply chain to ensure that our products are compliant.

As far as we know, all items supplied by EBS Electric Group comply with REACH EU1907 / and do not contain substances prohibited by the directive.
