Acquisitions Manager
Job requirements:
Must have completed university studies in electronics, automation and / or electrical engineering;
Experience in a similar role of acquisitions specialist for operations / production;
Relevant experience in the electronics industry;
Knowledge in the import-export process;
Ability to make decisions and set priorities, acting on the end result;
Strong negotiation and organizational skills
Good communication and relationship skills;
Other qualities: perseverance, flexibility and integrity
Advanced knowledge of English language (German is a plus)
Job description:.
Planning, organizing and checking the acquisition of raw materials and packaging for production, for the technological equipments of the investment projects and for the administrative function;
Establishing the need for raw and packaging materials necessary for the production process;
Ensuring the optimal cost and quality in the acquisition process.
Defining the annual supply plan;
Ensuring the evaluation process of all suppliers according to the standards established by the quality management system;
Supervising the negotiation process with the suppliers (including those of transport and customs services)
Finding suppliers for raw materials and packaging for new products
Ensures the compliance of the delivery deadlines, agreed quality and quantity, prices and payment deadlines, quality of customs and transport services .
Working together with all the departments of the company and representing the company in relations with suppliers of raw materials, packaging materials, equipment and products for administrative use;
