IPC expertise: Our technicians are trained according to IPC-A-610 standards, covering small and medium production volumes for both manual and automated assembly.
Nitrogen soldering: Our selective soldering technology includes a local nitrogen injection system, ensuring superior joint appearance and mechanical properties.
Conformal coating: We offer automated selective coating without atomization (viscosity < 100 cPs). The protective layer thickness (0.5–8 mils) is digitally controlled to ensure perfect insulation against environmental factors.
Our dedicated facility ensures electrical cable assembly according to the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard:
Komax & Mecal equipment: Cutting, stripping, and crimping are performed on high-speed CNC machines.
Digital control: Each crimp is verified using digital tensile testers (EPT50), and finished cables are scanned to eliminate the risk of short circuits or incorrect insertion.
