We are among the first providers of SMT technology in Romania and offer high flexibility in manufacturing:
PCB capabilities: We process boards of any shape (rectangular, round, irregular), with dimensions from 50 × 40 mm to 400 × 450 mm and thicknesses up to 4 mm.
High-density assembly: We handle the smallest components (01005 / 0201), complex packages (BGA, µBGA, QFN) and fine-pitch components down to 0.3 mm.
Material variety: We work with FR-4, aluminium (IMS), flexible and rigid-flex substrates and Rogers materials.
Two SMT assembly lines.
IPC expertise: We manufacture to IPC-A-610, Class 2, covering small and medium volumes in manual and automated assembly. IPC-A-610 certification is in progress, with completion expected in October 2026.
Soldering under nitrogen: Our selective soldering system includes local nitrogen injection, producing solder joints with superior appearance and mechanical properties.
Conformal coating: We offer automated selective coating without atomisation. The thickness of the protective layer is digitally controlled to ensure reliable insulation against environmental factors.
Our dedicated unit assembles electrical cable harnesses to IPC/WHMA-A-620, Class 2:
Komax & Mecal equipment: cutting, stripping and crimping are performed on high-speed CNC machines.
Digital control: every crimp is verified with digital pull testers (EPT50), and finished cables are tested to eliminate the risk of short circuits or incorrect insertion.
