2021 PAST- 2022 PERSPECTIVE
The year 2021 was a challenging year that affected us all, highlighting the vulnerability of companies and ourselves as individuals to the Covid-19 pandemic. The disruption of the supply chain, the shortage of materials and the change in the dynamics of human resources, were challenges that determined us to find automatic and autonomous solutions to support production. However, during this pandemic, the electronic industry experienced significant increases due to changes in human behavior working predominantly from home, increasingly using electronic devices for their personal comfort.
As an EMS company, we managed to increase our production capacity at the end of 2021, we purchased equipment for the selective soldering of THT components and which causes a significant increase in production quality and thus increase the satisfaction of our customers. I am optimistic about the future production and the need for electronic modules even if at the moment there is a shortage of components and materials needed for the production process, I believe in the innovative solutions of the team I lead and I am convinced that we will apply best practices to produce to the quality and on time set by our customers.
I hope that 2022 will allow us to continue the upward trend in the production and quality of our products, to move more freely and to be able to meet face to face with our customers, to make stronger partnerships necessary to grow together.
