We use RoHS-compliant soldering stations and nitrogen-atmosphere selective soldering technologies, methods that reduce oxidation and solder waste while ensuring higher product reliability. Compliance with Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS) is documented through our declaration of conformity and internal material compliance assessment grid.
We carefully select materials and electronic components to comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) on chemicals. In addition, our automated selective coating services achieve a transfer efficiency of 99%, with near-zero material loss.
